YOU TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING, BUT YOU’RE CONSTANTLY RUNNING ON EMPTY.
You're the one people rely on. The one who gets things done, keeps everyone together, and always figures things out.
But lately you're exhausted…the kind of tired that lingers in your mind and body.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and understand what's beneath the pressure.
EDMONTON THERAPIST FOR WHEN LIFE FEELS HEAVY
THERAPY SERVICES
A space to slow down, listen more deeply to yourself, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been overlooked while caring for everyone else.
Therapy can help you better understand the patterns, experiences, and expectations shaping how you move through the world.
Together, we explore what feels stuck, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate so you can move forward with greater clarity and intention.
My approach considers the whole person, including your thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical well-being, cultural experiences, and sense of meaning.
THERAPY FOR THE ONE WHO HOLDS IT ALL
YOU MIGHT BE HERE BECAUSE…
You feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or exhausted from carrying so much for so long.
Therapy with a whole-person approach can offer a space to better understand yourself, navigate challenges with greater clarity, and create meaningful change in the areas of life that matter most. You don't need to be in crisis to seek support.
-
You're constantly giving to others, meeting expectations, and carrying responsibilities, but rarely feel like you have space to rest. What once felt manageable now feels overwhelming, and you're beginning to realize that pushing through isn't working anymore.
-
Navigating the space between personal needs, cultural values, family expectations, and your own sense of self can feel exhausting, confusing, and isolating.
-
When your mind is always on, it can become difficult to feel present, rested, or at ease.
Together, we'll explore what's contributing to the anxiety and create new ways of responding that feel more supportive and sustainable.
-
Career changes, relationship shifts, parenthood, grief, personal growth, and other significant life events can leave us questioning who we are and what comes next. Therapy can provide support through periods of uncertainty and change.
-
Whether you're struggling with communication, people-pleasing, conflict, or recurring relationship patterns, therapy can help you better understand yourself and create healthier, more fulfilling connections.
-
Past experiences can continue to shape the way we think, feel, relate to others, and move through the world.
Therapy provides a supportive space to process these experiences, understand their impact, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
-
You may have accomplished many of the things you once hoped for and still find yourself feeling disconnected, unfulfilled, or unsure of what you truly want. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, your values, and the life you're creating.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE THROUGH THERAPY?
Therapy isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with yourself beneath the pressure, expectations, and responsibilities you've been carrying. Over time, many clients begin to notice:
SELF-TRUST
Making decisions with more confidence and less second-guessing.
HEALTHIER BOUNDARIES
Learning to say no without carrying overwhelming guilt.
CLARITY & DIRECTION
Understanding what you need, what matters to you, and how you want to move forward.
INNER PURPOSE
Developing a deeper relationship with yourself, your values, and what gives your life meaning.

FILIPINA-CANADIAN HOLISTIC THERAPIST
THERAPY ROOTED IN CURIOSITY, CULTURE & CONNECTION
As a Filipina-Canadian therapist and second-generation immigrant, I understand the complexity of navigating multiple cultures, expectations, identities, and responsibilities. Many of my clients arrive feeling disconnected from themselves after years of meeting others' needs.
For more than eight years, I've supported adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, and emotional healing. As a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and Counselling Therapist in Alberta, my work is rooted in evidence-based psychotherapy while embracing a holistic understanding of healing that honours the connection between mind, body, emotions, culture, and personal meaning.
Beyond one-on-one therapy, I also facilitate workshops and speak to organizations on topics including mental health, burnout prevention, emotional well-being, diversity and inclusion, and bicultural identity.
You don't have to keep carrying everything alone.
A consultation call gives us an opportunity to talk about what's bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and explore whether a holistic approach to therapy feels right for you.
